How we run parents' evenings.

All Key Stages: 2025/26

Following parental preferences all parents’ evenings will return to face-to-face appointments for 2025/26, including Sixth Form. Please note: Year 11 and Year 13 have two parents’ evenings per year, whilst Year 7, Year 8, Year 9, Year 10 and Year 12 have one parents’ evening per year.

Parents’ Evening Dates: These are face to face events with an opportunity to receive feedback from all of your child’s teachers. 

Year 7 Parents’ EveningMonday 9th March 2026, 3:45-6:15pm.

Year 8 Parents’ EveningMonday 2nd March 2026, 3:45-6:15pm

Year 9 Options Information Evening: This is the start of the options process in aid pupils in their selection of GCSE option subject in anticipation of GCSE study. This will take place on Tuesday the 18th of November 2025 at 5.30pm

Year 9 Parents’ Evening: Monday 24th November 2025, 3:45-6:15pm.

Year 10 Parents’ Evening: Monday 16th February 2026, 3.45–6.15pm.

Year 11 Parents’ EveningMonday 8th December 2025, 3:45-6:15pm and Monday 30th March 2026, 3.45-6.15pm.

Year 12 Parents’ Evening: Monday 2nd February 2026, 3.45-6.15pm.

Year 13 Parents’ Evening: Monday the 10th November 2025, 3.45-6.15pm and Monday the 23rd March 2026, 3.45-6.15pm.

Reporting: KS3 have 3 reporting points throughout the academic year whilst KS4 and KS5 have 2 reporting points. Further details of these can be found on the specific year group pages.
